"Frustrating and makes me second-guess everything"
I wanted to like the Affirm app, but it’s been a hassle. It freezes on me, pages take forever to load, and it takes way too many taps just to find basic payment info. I also kept getting logged out, which made me nervous because I don’t like feeling like I might miss something or get tricked by unclear details. Simple stuff should be easy, but this app makes me feel like I have to double-check everything.

"Autopay has been mostly reliable for me"
I’ve been using autopay for a while and most of the time it works without any issues. I did have one bill show up as late even though there was definitely money in my bank account, which was frustrating. Support was able to fix it quickly, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but it was still annoying to deal with

"The flexible payment options really helped me..."
The flexible payment options really helped me stay on top of my budget. It just made things feel a lot more manageable, especially when I was trying to space out expenses and not...

"Approval was quick, but the details weren’t super clear"
I applied with Affirm and got approved quickly, so that part went fine. The form was easy enough and didn’t take much time at all.
The only thing that threw me off was the approval amount and the terms. At first, it wasn’t totally clear what I was agreeing to, so I had to click around a bit to find the details.

Overall, it worked and wasn’t a bad experience, but I do wish everything was explained a little better before checkout. Did anyone else have the same issue, or was it just me?

"It dinged my credit more than I thought it would"
I used Affirm a handful of times, I think starting sometime last year or maybe late the year before, and the payments themselves were never an issue. I paid everything like I was supposed to. But then when it showed up on my credit report, it seemed to affect my score more than I expected. Maybe I missed the fine print, but I really wish they made that part clearer before you use it. It’s not a horrible service or anything, just kind of frustrating

"Wish I’d reached out sooner"
Support got back to me quickly and the replies were actually helpful. I kind of regret waiting as long as I did to contact them

"Locked Out and Stuck in a Verification Loop"
I wasn’t expecting it to be this hard just to get back into my affirm account. I got locked out, and every time I try to verify myself, it feels like I’m going in circles. I enter the information they ask for, and then it either says they can’t verify me or kicks me back to the beginning again.
I figured support would be able to help quickly, but it was mostly the same basic responses that didn’t really solve anything. All I wanted to do was check on my payments, and now I can’t even access my account. Definitely more frustrating than I expected

"Checkout works, but whoever runs this needs to fix the store links"
Checkout went through fine for me, but the store connections are all over the place. Some merchants link up without any issue, then others make the whole checkout feel weird or super slow. Whoever runs this really needs to clean that up

"Clear fees, but I expected better instructions"
I liked that the interest and fees were shown upfront before I paid, so there weren’t any surprises. I just expected the instructions to be a little clearer along the way.

"The store refunded me, but Affirm just kept..."
The store refunded me, but Affirm just kept charging me anyway like a bunch of clowns. I opened a dispute and it dragged on forever, with nobody giving me a straight answer. Such a dumb, frustrating experience.

“Affirm is a real company. They have helped me so much. The only way you can mess up with Affirm is if you don't make any of your payments, but that is with any businesses. They charge no late fees, when you buy something and you use Affirm at checkout and you want to return something then when you return it Affirm will refund you also. To me Affirm is the best company out there. Yes they do charge a fee if you use their services but what company don't. You get to decide how much you want their charge to be. And if you pay your balance off early they will take off some of the charges or all of it depending when you pay off your balance. They give so many people with bad credit or no credit chances, just don't mess it up and make your payments. If your gonna be late on a payment that's fine too they don't charge late fees. No I don't work for them or am associated with them I'm just a customer that is thankful to have found them. They are not a scam! And just FYI I've been using Affirm for 2 years now.”

“It was for convenience and I broke my own rule by not doing my research on this company. They should be avoided at all cost. The most dishonest company I have ever worked with. They have money they will not refund and are doubling down on their ineptness by demanding more money from me... for a product I have not received since ordering it in January, 7 months ago. My last communication with them included them threatening my credit score which happens to be high, and a guy with Affirm who said they are not able to arrange a conference call with the other company involved in this mess. This is some tech guys company and his people literally don't know how and literally won't set up a conference call to help one of their customers with an issue. Wow.”

I cannot sign in because I changed my cell number and can't receive their access code. I need to update with my new cell number? Not sure what to do
